It hereby Agreed by both parties that the following conditions will be met and that no other Warranties or conditions are expressed or implied.

The Buyer has a health guarantee extending 7 days in which to have the puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian and is urged to do so. Should the veterinarian discover anything congenially wrong with the puppy, he must provide a letter stating the date of the exam and a complete diagnosis. The puppy will be exchanged for another of equal value from the next available litter, any shipping cost are to be paid by the buyer. It is furthered agreed that no money is to be refunded at time an that all expenses inclurred are the buyers sole responsibility. Buyers are also aware that we will at no time pay veterinarian services. This contract shall also become NULL and if the puppy is given any vaccinations within the first 5 days of arrival.
Until the puppy reaches one year of age, the breeder agrees to replace the puppy if any of the following circumstances occur and all of the conditions of this agreement are met.
In the event of sudden death of the puppy due to congenial heart failure, are found to be diagnosed with hip dysphasia, that makes the puppy unsuitable for being a companion, the purchaser must notify the breeder within thirty days and provide the veterinarians with autopsy report or x-rays. If the above conditions have been diagnosed, the purchaser must also provide the breeder (breeders veterinarian) with a pelvic radiograph and statement verifying the diagnosis by the examiner
veterinarian.

LIMITATIONS OF GUARANTEE-DISCLOSURE; THIS GUARANTEE APPLIES TO THE ORIGINAL PUPPY ONLY REPLACEMENT PUPPY DOES NOT CARRY GUARANTEE.

Buyer accepts responsibility for the care of this puppy. This includes, but not limited to: maintaining the puppy on a proper diet and at weight sensible for its size, age and breed. Buyer must provide regular and proper care. Including annual vaccinations, heartworm preventive, and light exercise on any and all large breed puppies. No replacement will be given if registered application from/AKC papers do not accompany the original puppy back to the breeder. It is further agreed that no money to be refunded for any and all expenses incurred by the buyer and that at no time will we refund any money for any reason for any puppy, It is solely understood that upon all conditions to this contract being we will replace the puppy.

NEW OWNER IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TRANSPORTATION COST TO AND FROM BREEDER FOR PUPPY REPLACEMENT. THIS GUARANTEE IS ONLY VALID , IF ALL THE ABOVE CONDITIONS ARE MET AND VOID WHEN THE PUPPY REACHES ONE YEAR OF AGE. ANY DISPUTE THAT THAT MAY ARISE OUT OF A CLAIM MUST BE FILED IN ORLANDO, FL. NOT COVERED UNDER OUR HEALTH GUARANTEE

Kennel Cough-congestion born disease although our puppies have been vaccinated for kennel cough, we cannot guarantee them being shipped on airplane or ground transportation in an enclosed area exposed to other animals that may be contagious. Coccidiosis or Giardiasis (diarrhea) Result of an intestinal parasite and can be brought on by extreme stress and the change of our water to a chlorine water source. Mites- as all dogs carry mites.
